About the role

As a Member Relationship Advisor I, you will serve as a Universal Banker and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves handling a variety of transactions, providing financial advice, and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients on products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Manage client accounts and ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and financial products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in banking or finance industry is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and building long-term relationships.
