Member Programs Coordinator

About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborates with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participates in code reviews and provides constructive feedback to peers.
  • Works closely with designers to ensure user interface and experience are intuitive and functional.
  • Conducts thorough testing of software to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Supports ongoing maintenance and updates of existing systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in software development (e.g., Java, Python, C#).

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills

  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
