Member of Technical Staff, Research

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Research) at Quadrillion Labs to help train our next-generation model for research creativity. The role involves building infrastructure for model training, developing RL techniques, and constructing and running evaluations and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure for model training, including data scraping, accumulation, and transformation into RL environments.
• Develop RL techniques to train models that excel in research tasks.
• Construct and run evaluations and benchmarks for complex, long-horizon tasks, comparing results with frontier models.

Requirements

• Experience training or benchmarking large, modern models.
• Ability to move quickly in a zero-to-one environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training hundreds-of-billions-of-parameters frontier models.

$275K - $500K

Schedule
