What We Do

We build a platform that runs AI-moderated video interviews at massive scale. We find the right people from a network of millions, our AI conducts open-ended conversations with thousands of them in parallel, and we surface what to build next.

Technical Challenges

  • Database of Humanity: Maintain a database of millions of people, matching profiles based on voice, face, and device IDs.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Read tone, hesitation, and facial micro-expressions to understand what people are really thinking.

  • Preference Model: Update the preference model to reflect changing human preferences accurately and efficiently.

  • Human API: Embed the model of millions of humans into tools like Slack, Linear, and IDEs for easy access.

What We Look For

  • You solve problems end-to-end, owning your part of the product and making decisions across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.

  • You are a future or past founder, scoping your own work, thinking about the customers, and owning your decisions.

  • You care about getting things right and moving fast, but prioritize a 100% solution over an 80% one.

  • You are excited about pushing LLMs to their limits and working directly with the frontier model labs on new releases.

  • You communicate complex ideas in writing, working independently with one meeting a week to tradeoffs, problems, and decisions.

  • You are highly technical, starting coding as a teenager and nerding out on details from language design to compilers.
