We're Listen, a company backed by Sequoia Capital and others, having raised $100M. Our customers include Anthropic, Google, and Cursor. We build a complex AI-native product on a small team of former founders and top-tier builders.

What We Do

We bridge AI systems and human desires. Our platform runs AI-moderated video interviews at scale, matching profiles based on voice, face, and device IDs. We analyze emotional intelligence through tone, hesitation, and facial expressions. Our preference model updates based on feedback, and we expose this as the Human API. Agents can write code, ask Listen for user preferences, and iterate based on the feedback.

  • You're excited about pushing LLMs to their limits and working directly with frontier model labs.

  • You communicate complex ideas in writing and work independently with weekly meetings.
