About the role
Games are more engaging, more meaningful, and more fun than passive content - and we think everyone should be able to make them. As a Frontend Member of Technical Staff (MTS), you’ll help make that a reality. You’ll own the creation and play experiences that millions of users touch every day, working at the intersection of product intuition, AI-generated content, and consumer-grade polish. This is a small, dense team: you won’t be maintaining someone else’s system - you will be shaping how the platform feels.
Responsibilities
- Build and own core user-facing features across the creation and discovery experiences
- Work closely with AI/systems engineers to surface complex, AI-generated content in ways that feel fast, intuitive, and delightful
- Make opinionated calls on UX - we care about taste, not just correctness
- Optimize for performance at real consumer scale (tens of millions of users, high-frequency play sessions)
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and uphold high code quality standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of frontend experience (ideally on consumer products)
- Fluent in React and TypeScript, and have strong opinions about their use
- Built products where experience quality was central to the product
- Worked on data-rich or real-time UIs (feeds, game rendering, dashboards, etc.)
- Self-directed and work independently from idea to shipped product
Qualifications
- Experience with WebGL, canvas, or game rendering
- Familiarity with recommendation-driven feed UIs
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents
- Flexible PTO and unlimited sick time

- $500/month Lifestyle Benefit for wellness, fitness, meals, house cleaning, and more
- $200/month Fun Benefit to spend on hobbies, travel, games, concerts, or whatever brings you joy
- Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave for birth parents and 12 weeks for non-birth parents, plus a $1,500/month childcare benefit
- Up to $2,000 workspace setup allowance and $200/month commuter benefit
- Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner on in-office days, plus regular team events and offsites
