About the Role

We are hiring a Member of Technical Staff, Forward Deployed (US Gov) to deploy and integrate technical solutions directly within US government customer environments, ensuring seamless alignment with mission-critical objectives. This role involves hands-on technical support, system configuration, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance and security posture.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain technical infrastructure in US government facilities nationwide.
• Provide on-site technical support for AI/software platforms integrated into government workflows.
• Resolve high-priority incidents and ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Document deployment processes, system configurations, and resolution steps for government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience deploying enterprise software solutions in high-security government or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST, CMMC) and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for distributed systems and networked environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearances as required.

Pay

$200K - $500K/yr
