Member of Technical Staff - CFD Engineer

You are

• a Computational Fluid Dynamicist writing flow solvers for complex geometry applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy codes to simulate single and multi-physics (Conjugate Heat Transfer) configurations
• Ensure performant code on modern architectures like GPUs
• Implement methods to reduce time to solution such as advanced linear and nonlinear solvers
• Assist in the strategy, planning the product roadmap, and prioritize the development in partnership with early customers and design partners
• Build and ship critical product features

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing and shipping products
• 2+ years of experience working on GPU solvers
• Experience with Finite Volume incompressible flow solver techniques, linear solver methods and libraries
• Experience architecting, training and deploying a feature in resource constrained environments
• Experience with the related technologies, libraries, and languages: C++, CUDA, Python
• Experience with standard modern software development tools and practices
• Experience with multi-physics solver development is an advantage
• Experience with Immersed Boundary Methods is a strong advantage
• Startup experience is a strong advantage
• Experience with Scientific Machine Learning techniques is a definite advantage

Pay

Compensation Range: $180K - $220K
