Technical Challenges

• Database of Humanity: Maintains a database of millions of people, matching profiles based on voice, face, and device IDs
• Emotional Intelligence: AI interviewer reads tone, hesitation, and facial micro-expressions to understand what people are truly thinking
• Preference Model: Updating the preference model involves research on when to refresh it, which questions give the highest signal, and how to quantify uncertainty in predictions
• Human API: Embedding the preference model into tools like Slack, Linear, IDEs, and coding agents
