About the Opportunity: The Member Experience Representative role is designed to enhance the customer experience by supporting member outreach efforts. This position contributes to maintaining positive member interactions and supports the organization’s goal of providing accessible, coordinated care. 3. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls such as welcome, disenrollment, member check-in, and health screening reminders to health plan membersDocument call outcomes accurately using designated systemsCoordinate with other departments to support a positive member experience 4. Requirements: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a contact centerStrong telephone etiquette and customer service skillsCritical thinking and computer literacyAbility to stay focused and professional while multitaskingExcellent communication and listening skills in English 5. Required Skills: Certified or Registered Medical AssistantBilingual in Spanish and English 6. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $32.00 based on full-time employment and factors such as experience and education 7.
