About the role

This is an in-person hospitality role based on-site in Tysons, VA. Candidates must live within an easy commute of the location. Our compensation package includes commuter benefits to support your travel.

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, creating great days for everyone who enters the office. While your day may vary, here’s what it could look like:

• You are the first face people see, preparing the office by brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities.
• You proactively manage inventory and order supplies for your location.
• You design and execute magnificent events, paying attention to details like unique signage.
• You onboard new members into systems to ensure their first day is seamless and memorable.
• You assist members with IT or wifi issues—no task is too big or small.
• You participate in local marketing events to showcase the value of our flexible solutions.
• You conduct office tours when the Member Experience Manager is assisting other potential members.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Operate machines and appliances, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and kitchen utensils.
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure work areas are kept sanitary and follow all safety protocols.

Pay

The hourly compensation for this position starts at $25.25. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based on factors such as work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
