Member Experience Associate

About the opportunity

The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, and hardworking. This part-time position requires weekday availability (and eventually weekend availability if needed). A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, sales, and/or the fitness and health industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with others
• Congducting gym tours
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Membership sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing
• Managing communications via phone, email, and text
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

Qualifications

• Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
• Genuine and honest personality
• Saturday availability
• Savvy with technology
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Some experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness is preferred
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply
