The Member Bills Specialist supports members through complex or escalated healthcare challenges and ensures their experience ends with clarity, resolution, and trust.
Responsibilities
- Serve Redirect Health members, providers, and internal care teams
- Resolve escalated member issues, communicate clearly, and accurately document
- Directly impact how supported, empowered, and confident members feel after navigating difficult healthcare situations
Requirements
- Experience in customer service with a strong emphasis on phone communication
- Clear and empathetic communication skills
- Takes ownership and follows through
