Member Assist Cart Attendant

What you'll do

• Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, unavailable products, and offering alternative product options.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions.
• Locate and organize merchandise, zone the designated areas, and promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness by sweeping the parking lot rain or shine.
• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues and concerns.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
