Member Assist Cart Attendant
What you'll do
- Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify when pickup times are delayed, informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options, ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types, utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions, locate and organize merchandise, zone the designated areas, and promote the company's products and services.
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist members with transporting items, utilize cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
