Member Assist Cart Attendant

What you'll do

• Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by providing exceptional customer service and answering questions.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and organize merchandise.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Handle club pick-up orders by contacting members and informing them of delays or unavailable products.
• Offer alternative product options and resolve member issues and concerns.
