What you'll do
- Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify when pickup times are delayed, informing them when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
- Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions.
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist members with transporting items, and utilize cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
- Problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.

- The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00*.
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
