What you'll do
- Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, unavailable products, and offering alternative product options.
- Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions.
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, and assist members with transporting items.
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness.
What you'll need
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members and managing delays and unavailable products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members and providing alternative product options.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
