Member Assist Cart Attendant

What you'll do

• Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify when pickup times are delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and organize merchandise.
• Locate and organize merchandise, zone the designated areas, and assist members with transporting items.
• Utilize cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness.
