Member Assist Cart Attendant

What you'll do

• Sweep the facility to maintain safety according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, unavailable products, and offering alternative product options.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness.

What you'll need

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members and managing delays and unavailable products.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by providing exceptional customer service and addressing questions.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by utilizing cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve member issues and concerns by sweeping the facility to maintain safety.
