Member Advocate

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support members, ensuring every visit is a great experience
• Build genuine relationships and learn about members’ financial goals
• Perform account transactions and assist with digital banking tools
• Basic account opening
• Educate members about products and services that support their financial success
• Make meaningful outreach calls to strengthen member relationships
• Collaborate with a supportive branch team that celebrates shared success

Requirements

• A passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems
• Cash handling or banking experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
