We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a summary and description. We'll create sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule? The posting includes compensation info and benefits. Schedule: mentions flexible schedule, Saturday hours, travel. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: listed. Pay: compensation range. We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, legal, accommodation, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep substantive info. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. So we will include: - About the role (summary) - Responsibilities (essential duties & responsibilities) - Qualifications (education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities) - Benefits (list) - Pay (compensation) - Schedule (flexible schedule, Saturday hours, travel) We must not include sections like "Other" etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like specific duties. We'll need to capture duties as list items. We need to be careful not to include boilerplate like "Perform other related duties as required or directed." Might be considered generic but it's part of duties; we can keep but it's not boilerplate. It's okay. We must remove duplicated lines: there may be repeated sentences? Not many. We need to ensure we don't include EEO etc. Let's extract content. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: ... (we can drop physical demands as it's boilerplate? It's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's still a standard section. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical demands is not those categories; it's part of job description. Should we keep? It's substantive. However, we might consider it as part of qualifications? It's not a list of duties/requirements/benefits. It's a separate section. The instruction says we should include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. Physical demands is specific content. So we could include a section "Physical Demands". But the allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't list Physical Demands. But we can still use

for any heading? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive. Likely we should stick to those headings. Physical demands could be placed under Qualifications or Requirements? Might be better to omit as it's not in the list and might be considered boilerplate? However it's not EEO etc. But to be safe, we could omit Physical Demands as it's not requested heading. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can skip Physical Demands. Also we need to include "ADDITIONAL: Responsible for completion of applicable training and compliance..." This could be part of Qualifications or Requirements. We'll include under Qualifications maybe as a bullet. Now craft HTML. We'll start with

    About the role

    then

containing the summary paragraph (the first two paragraphs up to SUMMARY). Actually the summary includes the first paragraph about values and then SUMMARY: ... We'll combine. Then

    Responsibilities

    then
    • each duty. We need to split the long responsibilities into sensible items. We'll extract each sentence or clause. List of duties from "Engage and Serve:" through "Other Perform other related duties as required or directed." plus schedule note. Let's parse: Engage and Serve: - Embrace APGFCU’s brand and deliver financial education to our members and communities. - Collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming, efficient and secure branch environment. - Welcome members warmly, listen actively and deliver prompt, personalized and consistent service. - Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with members and educate members on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. - Assist members in navigating ITMs and digital banking tools; provide demonstrations and guidance to build confidence and encourage adoption. - Assist with transactions and troubleshooting through ITMs, ensuring a smooth member experience. - Develop lasting consumer and business relationships by following up on previous interactions, celebrating milestones and proactively offering financial wellness support. - Open new consumer and business accounts and perform routine maintenance on deposit and loan accounts, certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts. - Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve member problems effectively to drive member loyalty. - Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. - Demonstrate a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. - Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner. Educate And Empower: - Acquire and deepen the branch member base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. - Manage the member experience by identifying opportunities to improve the member’s financial wellbeing. - Position APGFCU solutions to build member loyalty. - Drive proactive conversations through prospect and member interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating member loyalty. - Deliver a full needs-based conversation with every member interaction to identify appropriate solutions. - Responsible for specific, measurable goals for shares, loans, payment protection, cross-selling and referrals and member satisfaction surveys based on credit union’s strategic plan. - Generate ideas to enhance quality service or increase revenue, such as recommendation for workflow improvements and product innovation and communicate to branch management. - Build rapport, use critical thinking and credit union philosophy of "people helping people” to uncover additional lending needs through credit review. - Evaluate branch loan pipeline and create proposals for follow up and missed opportunities. - Compile necessary documentation, define requirements and determine accurate payment information for loans. - Proactively offer convenience channels to disburse loans. - Review loan denials for possible recommendation for approval. - Courteously communicate denials to members and offer alternative solutions and financial education as appropriate. - Partner with branch management to support business development efforts such as open enrollments, visiting local businesses and staffing community events. ADDITIONAL: Responsible for completion of applicable training and compliance on federal regulations and APGFCU policies and procedures as related to the duties of this position (Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security as examples, if applicable). We'll include that as a bullet under Responsibilities or Qualifications? It's about training/compliance; could be under Responsibilities as a duty. Now Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with additional specialized training equivalent to two years college, experience can be credited in lieu of education. Experience: One-year consultative sales experience required with a proven record of accomplishment building member loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well-being. One to two years financial services experience, specifically with deposit and lending products and proficiency in interviewing loan applicants preferred. Know
