About the role
Variety of Production Melt Shop Operator positions available across all shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain melt shop equipment
- Perform material handling tasks
- Follow safety protocols
- Participate in quality control processes
- Assist in production scheduling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a production environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform job duties
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player
Benefits
- 2nd shift premium of $2/hr.
- 3rd shift premium of $1/hr.
- Rich 12% quarterly bonus based on performance
Pay
- $23/hr. - $30/hr.
