About the role

We are seeking a Melt Controller to join our team. The Melt Controller is responsible for overseeing the melting process in our production facility, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the melting process to ensure safety and efficiency
• Monitor and adjust temperatures and other parameters as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
• Document and report on operational performance and issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy and materials science
• Experience with industrial melting processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MES systems)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Pay

The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The Melt Controller will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
