About the Role
Meliá Desert Palm is seeking new members to join their dynamic team. They aim to fill various positions including Commis 1, Commis 3, Waiter, and Waitress.
Responsibilities
- As a Commis 1, prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring they meet the standards set by the executive chef.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and follow all safety and hygiene procedures.
- As a Commis 3, assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients and creating dishes.
- As a Waiter or Waitress, deliver exceptional service, take requests, present food and beverages, and maintain a tidy and well-arranged eating space.
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality
- Relevant hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills
- Dedication to providing exceptional guest service
- Equivalent degree/diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year's experience
