About the role

Meezan Bank Limited is hiring a Relationship Manager at the Digital Accounts Center (Roshan Digital) in their Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in customer portfolio management and a passion for serving overseas Pakistanis through Roshan Digital Account (RDA) services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Roshan Digital Account (RDA) customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas Pakistani clients.
• Provide guidance and support on investment opportunities available through RDA, including Naya Pakistan Certificates (INPC) and Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) investments.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
• Promote and cross-sell Islamic banking products and services to RDA customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institute/university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
