Bank Relationship Manager
About The Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for Financial Institutions (FI) regarding their day-to-day service needs. What You'll Do:
- Escalate and provide feedback to operational groups within Fiserv to rectify issues and determine best practices for future improvements.
- Proactively communicate client impacting issues and resolutions to Partner.
- Understands all details associated with the management of the partner relationships to include platform, funding requirements, contractual SLAs, branch specifics, and file transmissions.
- Prepares partner reporting and enrolls partner in Fiserv systems.
- Collaborates with partners to coordinate partner approvals for product, marketing and financial initiatives.
- Ensures partner specific processes and procedures are documented and kept up to date.
Experience You'll Need To Have
- A high school graduate/GED.
- 2 years' prior client management experience.
- 3 years of experience in the financial, credit card, or electronic payment industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the processes and procedures of servicing clients.
Experience That Would Be Great To Have
- Associate's degree.
- Ability to travel 20%.
How You’ll Work
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
