About the role

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring all guests—whether day visitors or groups—leave with a positive experience. From welcoming birthday celebrations to managing timely food service and refills, you’ll keep everything running smoothly.

You will lead and mentor a team of enthusiastic young part-timers, many of whom are students. As some leave and new ones join, you’ll be responsible for training and guiding them, setting a strong example while fostering their independence. The ideal candidate balances leadership, hands-on support, and the ability to empower their team.

Schedule

We are open every day, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and festive days. Weekends are the busiest. We are open to welcoming two new colleagues to share the workload.

Employment terms follow the hospitality CAO (collective labor agreement).
