About the role

As a hands-on lead mechanic, you are responsible for executing our roof and facade projects while motivating your team in an enthusiastic manner. During execution, you serve as the primary contact for our clients. You relay experiences back to us to continuously sharpen our quality policy.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver projects both domestically and internationally
• Lead and manage your team
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including VCA safety standards
• Coordinate relevant information with colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Report changes in the work
• Handle project-hour administration

Requirements

• Experience in roof and facade cladding and/or comparable construction work
• VCA-VOL certification
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Leadership qualities
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to occasionally work abroad
