Responsibilities
- Managing multiple meetings and events at once while staying organized, calm, and deadline-focused
- Building strong relationships with clients, coworkers, venues, and service providers
- Leading projects from kickoff to close-out, including timelines, written materials, and on-site execution
- Solving problems quickly and confidently while keeping programs moving forward
- Communicating clearly and professionally, whether you’re giving direction, sharing updates, or making recommendations
Requirements
- A four-year degree in a business-related field
- Two years of experience in meeting planning or meetings management within the pharmaceutical meetings industry
- Experience supporting both small- and large-scale meeting formats
- Confidence working independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and HTML
Qualifications

- This is a work from home position for those located in the US. This role will operate primarily in the Eastern time zone.

Pay
The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner, Life Sciences (Pharma) is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
