About the Role
Our Med Tech/Caregivers provide activities of daily living, medication, and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, a gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and respecting residents' dignity and privacy.
Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them.
- Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
Requirements
- Med tech trained or experience with handling medications.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve our residents.
- Ability to work as a team and also independently.
- Previous experience or a love for seniors.
- CNA certification (preferred).
