MedTech Biomedical Quality Specialist

About the role

Experienced Quality/Regulatory Inspector needed who’s willing to travel nationally each week. Number of weekly locations will differ but could include up to 3 separate sites. Previous related experience is required as well as a valid Driver’s License that is a Real ID. Currently looking at a one-year opportunity, with the chance of extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Weekly national travel with a maximum of 3 locations in a week
• Schedule 40 hours/week
• Possibility for more depending on travel conditions
• If hours are less than 40 in a week due to scheduling and not applicant’s availability, IQVIA will provide supplemental hours to ensure a 40-hour timecard

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Biomedical Technician or Quality/Regulatory experience
• Previous experience with documentation in a heavily regulated environment
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must be able to function under a flexible schedule
• Must be able to meet all requirements for each hospital Vendor Credentialing service
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Biomedical Technician experience is a plus
• Previous experience with documentation in a heavily regulated environment
• Experience with system auditing or software validation preferred
• Experience with large data sets for validation preferred
• Experience managing small teams to ensure quality work being completed preferred
• Proven track record of customer service and client management
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Salesforce CRM
• History of traveling for work while meeting/exceeding expectations
