MedTech Biomedical Quality Specialist

About the role

Experienced Quality/Regulatory Inspector needed who’s willing to travel nationally each week. Number of weekly locations will differ but could include up to 3 separate sites. Currently looking at a one-year opportunity, with the chance of extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Weekly national travel with a maximum of 3 locations in a week.

Schedule

Schedule 40 hours/week. Possibility for more depending on travel conditions. Should hours be less than 40 in a week due to scheduling and not applicant’s availability, IQVIA will provide supplemental hours to ensure a 40-hour timecard.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Biomedical Technician or Quality/Regulatory experience.
• Previous experience with documentation in a heavily regulated environment.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Must be able to function under a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to meet all requirements for each hospital Vendor Credentialing service.
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Biomedical Technician experience is a plus.
• Previous experience with documentation in a heavily regulated environment.
• Experience with system auditing or software validation preferred.
• Experience with large data sets for validation preferred.
• Experience managing small teams to ensure quality work being completed preferred.
• Proven track record of customer service and client management.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Salesforce CRM
• History of traveling for work while meeting/exceeding expectations.

Pay

The potential base pay range for this role is $35 per hour.
