About the role

As a Senior Ambulant Begeleider / Sociotherapeut, you are responsible for the coaching trajectory of children, young people, (young) adults, and, if applicable, their family/parents/caregivers. Our clients seek support from De Zorgcoach for behavioral issues and psychiatric challenges such as ASS, anxiety and compulsions, AD(H)D, depressive symptoms, school refusal, and attachment issues, where a systemic approach is often helpful and necessary.

You create a care plan, guide the client and their system in social skills, self-reliance & independence, increasing assertiveness & resilience, and psycho-education. You provide insight and tools for what the client and/or family system can deploy and change to achieve set goals. You empower the client and their network/system.

You offer low-threshold coaching, observe, signal, and guide the client at home or on location. You ensure complete dossier formation. Additionally, as a Senior Ambulant Begeleider, you mentor Junior/Medior Coach colleagues who are regularly involved with shared clients.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree in a human-focused field (e.g., SPH, MWD, HBO pedagogiek, orthopedagoog, GZ psycholoog, basis psycholoog, ggz agoog, toegepaste psychologie).
• SKJ or BIG registration, or willingness to register.
• Work experience: Medior (minimum 3 years) or Senior (minimum 6 years) in child, youth, and adult care.
• Availability of 16 to 36 hours per week for at least one year.
• Possession of a driver’s license and a car.
• Proactive, creative, and flexible work attitude.
• Ability to work independently and individually, while knowing when to consult and ask for help.
• Senior: Highly skilled in multi-problem cases and systemic approaches.

Pay

Salary: €3,380 to €5,574 gross per month (full-time), in accordance with the CAO Social Work.

Schedule

• Employment: 16 to 32 hours per week (for 32 hours: first months up to 28 hours, then scaling to 32 hours).
• Start: Immediately.

Location

De Zorgcoach provides support in the regions of Noord-Holland and Brabant, frequently active in areas such as Aalsmeer, Alkmaar, Amstelveen, Beverwijk, Cuijk, Diemen, Den Bosch (’s Hertogenbosch), Edam-Volendam, Haarlem, Haarlemmermeer, Hilversum, Oss, Ouder-Amstel, Purmerend, Uden, Uithoorn, Velsen, and Zaandam.
