Medication Technician (Med Tech)

About the role

We are currently looking to hire a Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our forward-thinking team at Watermark Retirement Communities. Our care staff, known as NAYAS, guide, lead, and provide wisdom to our residents. If you have a passion for working with seniors and have experience as a Med Tech, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide the safe delivery and administration of medications
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents
• Work some holidays and weekends
• Able to work in a memory care environment (preferred)

Requirements

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech
• Able to work some holidays and weekends
• Love being around and working with seniors
