Medication Technician (Full Time)

About the role

Are you the person who double checks your work as you go through your day? Do you love getting to know seniors and feel good about your work at the end of the day? This role is ideal for individuals certified as a Medication Aide or Technician who are passionate about providing personal care and support to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA).
• Positive attitude and love working with people.

Pay

Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 per hour. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
