Medication Technician - Full-Time

The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community in Vancouver, WA, offers a full-time opportunity to help residents live with comfort, dignity, and confidence. You’ll build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate care and supporting residents’ independence.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain electronic records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support a safe, welcoming, and positive community environment.

Requirements

• Current Medication Technician certification or qualifications required by Washington state.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to serve older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
