What You'll Do
- Administer medications safely and accurately to residents in compliance with state regulations, physician orders, and company policies.
- Document medication administration, observe residents for side effects or health changes, and report concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
- Auxiliary residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, and mobility while maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have 1 year of medication technician experience OR 3 years of caregiving experience
- Must speak fluent English
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
