Medication Assistant

Brief Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Medication Assistants who can join our community. Our focus is on the person, from residents to staff, prioritizing personal well-being.

What you will be doing

• Oversight and coordination of medication administration and basic care services during each shift.
• Ensuring residents receive safe, accurate, and timely care, including the proper handling, storage, administration, and discontinuation of medications.
• Supporting resident move-ins by coordinating and verifying required medication documentation.

About You

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete the HCK Medication Assistant Training Program.
• CPR certified (or within 6 months of hire).
