Medication Aide (TMA)

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility committed to providing the highest levels of quality care, is seeking Full-time and Part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to join our interdisciplinary team. We are dedicated to creating a caring environment where residents, families, and staff are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to the facility’s medication policy
• Follow safety protocols
• Report errors in the administration of medications
• Record and restock medication inventories
• Process discontinued medication as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON)
• Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with resident care when needed
• Complete necessary forms, charts, and reports in a descriptive manner and submit them as required

Qualifications

• MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing
• TMA experience in a nursing home setting
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant
• Clear verbal and written English skills
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Must pass a criminal background check

Pay

Starting wage: $21.17-$24.36 per hour, based on experience.
