Medication Aide - Part-Time Day Shift

CountryHouse Lincoln I, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Aide for a part‑time day‑shift position (weekends required). Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and follow established documentation procedures.
• Monitor resident well‑being, recognizing and reporting changes in condition, medication side effects, or other concerns.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.

Requirements

• Meet Nebraska’s certification, training, and registry requirements for Medication Aides.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency with electronic medication records.
• Compassion, dependability, patience, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for caring for seniors.
• Availability to work day shifts, including required weekends.
