Medication Aide (CNA Required) - PRN (As Needed) - Eventide Lincoln Care Center

Requirements

• Scheduled at least 24 hours a month with 16 of those hours on a weekend.
• One holiday per year.

Essential Job Duties

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence.
• Assists with Senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.
• Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation.
• Prioritizes assignments, making adjustments throughout shift to meet frequently changing/ overlapping Senior/client/caregiver/TEAMember/manager needs, call lights, when necessary.
• Performs work duties within the assigned work environment related to the position, as assigned by Eventide, regardless of TEAMember preference.
• Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan as developed for each individual senior/client.
• Complies with HIPAA regulations regarding privacy by insuring that Protected Health Information (PHI) is safeguarded at all times.

Compensation

• Competitive starting pay range of $18.00-$20.16 per hour for CNA's based on qualifications, experience, and location.
• Shift premiums and differentials are also available, for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
