Medication Aide

About the role

Novellus Clairemont is seeking a dependable Medication Aide to support residents with medication services and daily care in a team-driven environment. This role combines hands-on resident support with safe medication assistance under nursing direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication reminders and administration support, following established protocols
• Maintain accurate records of medications, observations, and care provided
• Observe for any changes in resident condition and promptly communicate concerns
• Support residents with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and respectful living environment for all residents
• Collaborate with nurses and team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous medication aide senior living experience required
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
