Responsibilities

• Carry out medication passes according to doctor's orders.
• Aid with tenant needs including activities of daily living (ADL).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ownership, marketing, and wellness teams to enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Cover all shifts in emergencies.

Requirements

• Medication Aide certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to handle interactions tactfully.
