About the role
We are hiring for Medication Aide on third shift Memory Care. This position works primarily as a caregiver with a light medication pass.
Responsibilities
- Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
- Document all medication management related information.
- Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
- Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
- Update records as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver.
- Medication certification required.
- First Aid/CPR certified.
