Medicare Sales Representative
About the role
The role involves answering incoming calls, providing information, and selling insurance products. Successful candidates will need to obtain necessary state insurance licenses during training.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and convert callers to qualified leads and sales
- Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information
- Explain product differences and assist in product selection
- Complete enrollment applications over the phone
- Meet performance goals in areas of sales, attendance, and consumer experience
- Obtain required state insurance licenses during training
- Adapt to various caller communication styles and personalities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
- Ability to work regular shifts, including weekends
- Licensed agent required within 30 days of starting
- Live within a commutable distance to the Miami, FL office

Pay
Hourly pay range: $16.00 to $24.04 per hour
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible work hours, including weekends. Hybrid work model after training and on-the-job nesting period.

Sign-On Bonus
Up to $2,000 for unlicensed external/internal applicants, up to $3,000 for licensed external/internal applicants.
