Role Overview
As a Medicare Sales Representative, you will assist customers primarily via phone in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans, ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, educating clients on Medicare options and compliance requirements, matching beneficiaries with suitable plans, guiding them through enrollment, and building strong relationships. You will qualify inbound leads, meet sales targets, and accurately document activities in the CRM system. Collaboration with team members and continuous skill development are essential.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years Medicare sales experience
- Active Health & Life Insurance License
- Current AHIP certification
- Strong technical skills with systems like iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus
