About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to improving healthcare access and affordability. We are seeking a skilled Medicare Insurance Agent to assist individuals in understanding and enrolling in Medicare plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive guidance on Medicare plans, including Part A, B, C, and D options.
  • Assist clients in navigating the Medicare enrollment process, ensuring timely coverage.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person appointments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Stay updated on Medicare changes and communicate new policies effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
