Medicare Enrollment Processor

We’re looking for a Medicare Enrollment Processor to support our Medicare Advantage and Medex Medigap enrollment processes, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements for accurate and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Process Medicare Enrollment applications and related requests accurately and on time, updating all related systems correctly.
• Outreach to applicants or members to gather missing information for their applications and accounts.
• Review member communications for accuracy before mailing.
• Validate enrollments in the pre-enrollment tool to ensure correct processing.
• Provide coverage for inquiries in the Medicare Advantage and Medex dedicated mailboxes.
• Support the implementation of automated and digital processes to improve member experience and drive membership growth.
• Collaborate on cross-training within the Medicare Advantage Enrollment team to build versatile skills and ensure adaptability.
• Serve as a key resource on the internal Help Desk line, offering clear guidance on enrollment-related questions to service teams.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
• Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods (October–March).
• Flexibility and eagerness to cross-train and support other functions for business success.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage / CMS Chapter regulations preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High degree of initiative and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with customer service tools like BlueView, RTMS, and NASCO preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of Medicare experience.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Pay

Hourly range: $23.91 – $29.22. The range reflects the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs. This role is also eligible for variable pay.
