Medicare Compliance Project Manager (SCAN TEMP)

The Job

The Medicare Compliance Project Manager SCAN TEMP supports the execution of enterprise compliance initiatives by leading and coordinating cross-functional projects tied to Medicare Advantage (MA), Prescription Drug (Part D), and FIDE-SNP regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with Compliance, Operations, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory changes are implemented accurately, compliance risks are identified and addressed, and projects are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates working knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements, including Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Medicaid programs, and applies regulatory guidance to support compliance activities, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Applies strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate regulatory requirements, assess control effectiveness, identify compliance risks, and support problem-solving efforts across complex operational scenarios.
• Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit ready documentation in compliance analyses, reporting, and governance materials.
• Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance and preparing concise documentation, summaries, and reports for stakeholders.
• Ability to provide practical, risk-based guidance and professional challenge to business partners while maintaining second line independence and avoiding operational execution.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, regulatory timelines, and competing demands in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.
